After such a busy week it was inevitable that I was heading for a crash and what is really annoying is I still don’t see them coming, perhaps I never will. As everyone says, it could be a piece of music, a TV programme or film that we watched together, places, people, anything really…
The garden is moving from being a chore to being therapy which is really gratifying and I’m sure Jane always knew that I had it in me to be a gardener. She did help by designing a garden that was packed with plants to give that cottage garden feel and so there’s very little room for weeds. Of course there are failures in the vegetable plot but I’m making notes of what I do so hopefully I won’t make the same mistakes next year.
And the Robot Mower poll is going along the lines of people voting for their own suggestions. Hopefully there will be a few more votes in the coming days and I can make a decision as to what to call “her”. The guys at Greenstripe who installed it are eager to know the outcome so they can produce a name label. If you haven’t voted then please do…
Steve. I just wanted to say thank you so much for my birthday card. So thoughtful and I said to Gary…That’s made my day. Xx
I’m glad it brought you happiness, it’s what Jane was all about – making other people’s lives better. I’m trying to follow her philosophy of life and blending it into my daily routine. Thanks for helping to keep her alive in our hearts. Steve xx
Well if it’s going to be female I would go for Lorna.
What a good suggestion I wish you’d come up with this before the poll started.
