After a week away we returned to the site on 14th March to find the back of the house had been clad in the Larch timber and we were stunned by the look. Next week the render is going to be applied to the ground floor and then it will really start to look as we hoped it always would.
Internally the bathrooms have been installed; the utility room units are half way there and the studio is nearly complete.
After a discussion with the builders we now have a completion date of 15th April and we hope to move in within days after that.
Wow indeed – looking great and we can imagine the excitement factor increasing as completion approaches

You will have to come up and see the finished result!! We are uncertain whether the builder will actually complete by 22nd April which is the date we have set to move. Our tenancy ends on 26th April and we certainly do not want to pay out for any more rent.
