What does one do on wet autumn weekends? There are lots of things to be done like repairing the puncture on my bike. I did attempt to fit a new inner tube but that seems to have failed so I could have another go at that; I could clean the windows inside; I could tidy up the garage now that there is one less car in there; I could replace the air filter in the house heat recovery system; or I could light the log burner and settle down with a book. The world is my oyster but what a narrow world it is under Covid-19.
