The garden has some lovely flowers and I’m pleased with the way it is looking. Loads of weeding still to be done but that will never be finished. The dogwood is particularly spectacular this year, best ever.
I’ve also prepared my hive by tying it together with ratchet straps for transporting down to Banbury to collect my bees. The plan is to take the frames out of the hive in Banbury, transfer them into my hive then close up my hive for the return journey. I need to keep them cool and I don’t want any bees escaping into the car.
