With Silver Bells…

foxgloves(jun15)Jane has worked so hard in the garden over the past twelve months and it’s starting to reap dividends. The area under the limes, sycamore and horse chestnuts are particularly difficult to plant out because most plants require some sunlight and the tree canopy makes it very shaded.

Thankfully foxgloves are good woodland plants and wherever they were growing wild Jane transplanted them into her chosen places. The effect is wonderful although some may need to be moved further back in the beds as we keep acquiring new plants.
