The wood burner has been installed and the stainless steel flue is into the roof however the builders were looking for someone brave enough to go onto the roof and make the final stage complete – needless to say I wasn’t volunteering.
We’re really impressed how the sandstone of the fire and the grey slate works together really well. We look forward to moving in and firing up the burner for the first time. Less than two weeks to go and counting.
